PROJECT SCOPE:

Interior and exterior repairs at the State's Fairgrounds Warehouse. Work includes replacing and upgrading the existing HVAC systems and controls with new gas-fired packaged rooftop units, removing abandoned electrical systems, installing a new fluid-applied roofing membrane over the existing metal roof, and replacing the exterior gutters and downspouts.
