PROJECT SCOPE:
Scope: The project includes converting the existing Secretary of State space into a new Document Solutions area by renovating the space to remove existing offices and removing floor finish to allow for an open floor plan with sealed concrete floor for new printing equipment. Secretary of State employees will be relocated and provided with newly remodeled office space located in an adjacent area. The Scope also includes replacement of interior and exterior doors, painting, new signage related to improving life safety and egress. Other renovations include replacement of selected floor finishes and base.
