PROJECT SCOPE:

Conversion of the existing building at 126 East Dunklin Street into a new second-floor apartment. The building is currently an empty shell, so all MEP systems will be new. Level 1 is future tenant space and the basement is mechanical/storage. Arete Contracting is requesting subcontractor pricing for the MEP scopes: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.​​
